mosaic

10 years ago I discovered mosaic and it really stuck. I've been numbering everything and I'm getting close to 800.  I guess as my dabbling in art goes, this is a big one. I am lucky to be able to have a nice little business, that i never expected. My work is available in a few stores in the Seattle area, on line, and during the art tours i participate in from time to time.  i’m taking a break from mosaics this year  -- but if you absolutely have to have something, you should email me about it.  Painting was always something I loved to do and lately I've been working in abstract. It's really great to have something that makes you laugh while you're working. Photography- here are some of my favorite pics I've taken over the years as well as ones others have taken of us on tour. Folk Art is actually how it all started. I used to go visit the Reverend Howard Finster's place in Summerville, GA. He was an amazing folk artist and he inspired me to really get going. His pieces were simple and beautiful and everything in his garden was art.
