I am constantly looking for cool Vegan shoes and boots and until now have been pretty underwhelmed. This company is in London (of course - that where all the cool shoes come from) but they have reasonable shipping rates and the shoes are less than $100 bucks in most cases. They also sell Matt & Natt purses and wallets, but those are available locally too. Enjoy!

Here is an article that was just in the Huffington Post - I am reading the book "The China Study" at this time and was happy to see her refer to the author who has been studying the connection of so many diseases directly to dairy and animal protein consumption. It's no surprise why this information barely eeks out into mainstream press... just follow the money. We need a powerful Vegetable Lobby in America.

Here's something 21st Century - not sure if I would go back to eating meat if this was available or not - but it's certainly interesting. I wonder what these critters would look like in the lab? One things for sure - the impact meat has on global warming is extremely high and very few people talk about that. Maybe it's because the meat industry is a one trillion dollar global market.

This isn't a quit eating red meat article - but it does say it's a good idea to cut down on consumption. I thought you may want some medical facts that could help steer you in the right direction (pun intended).
